Denmark’s healthcare system is among the best in the world, supported by the Danish Agency for Patient Safety. Yet a persistent misconception often shapes the relationship between the Agency and frontline professionals: that the Agency creates obstacles rather than support.
In reality, nurses, doctors, and caregivers navigate complex situations every day, often under intense pressure. Their decisions are nuanced, context-driven, and difficult to capture in simple guidelines.
My task was to translate this complexity into communication that could shift perception. I set out to reach healthcare professionals nationwide with a message built on clarity, empathy, and trust. This was more than an informational assignment. It was about reframing the Agency’s role and creating work that genuinely resonated with those who deliver care every day.
